How it works

  1. Buy the Viz Score Boost. Your score at purchase is your starting score.
  2. Apply the fixes on your website and listings.
  3. Run your included fresh re-check from your report, any time within 30 days of purchase.
  4. If the re-check score isn't higher than your starting score, email us and we'll refund the full Viz Score Boost price.

Conditions

  • The guarantee covers the one-time Viz Score Boost. Viz Score Monitoring is a monthly subscription you can cancel any time; it isn't refunded under this guarantee.
  • You need to have applied the fixes we provided. Tell us briefly what you applied when you ask for a refund.
  • Request your refund by email to our support address (or reply to your receipt) within 30 days of purchase, from the email you paid with.
  • We compare your starting score with your fresh re-check for the same business, city and category.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. A refund ends access to the paid fixes.
  • One guarantee refund per business.

  • Prices are in USD. The Viz Score Boost is a one-time payment: $249 founding-customer price for our first 50 customers, then $299.
  • Scores are a snapshot of how the AI assistants we check answered at the time. Results vary between runs and assistants.
